Favorite Summer Dresses

If you’re obsessed with dresses this Summer like me, then this blog is for you! I have a lot of dresses with no where to go. lol. I’m wearing my pretty dresses to the grocery store, to run errands, even to take out my dog. I’m desperate for people to see my new fits. But if you’re going out and itching to buy new clothes right now, I rounded up my favorite summer dresses and linked some that I’ve been loving below.

Chei Mini Dress - I am obsessed with this dress! I got the green color because it was a color I don’t have in my wardrobe. i’m so glad I finally hopped on the green trend. The color looks soo good on dark skin. If you’re not big into color this dress comes in white and pink as well. I would recommend this dress for the summer because it’s short, the material is light and not too dressy, so you can wear it casual during the day time. Wilfred Alto Dress - This dress gives me “I walk around my house wearing fancy slip dresses” vibes. Y’all know what vibe I’m talking about. The ladies from back in the day who were always dressed up around the house, holding their cute little puppy and smoking a cigarette. lol. Well, that is how I feel putting this mini slip dress on. It’s such a simple elegant little dress that can be dressed down with a white tee underneath or just some dad sandals. I think this dress is a staple that everyone needs in their closet!

Crepe Cotton Dress - You can never go wrong with a button down dress! They are always in style and the buttons always make the dress look more expensive. This one is from H&M and they have a really good selection of dresses right now! Definitely check them out if you are ready to fall in flowy dress heaven.

Smocked Cotton Dress - This is another dress where the color is to die for. I’m really loving the pastel colors this season. They are just so girlie and cute. Makes me really feel like it’s Summer time when I’m wearing pastel colors and bright colors.

Puff Short Sleeve Dress - Dresses like this are simple and easy to wear. I like to call them throw on dresses, because when I have no where to go I legit just throw it on. Also, I like to gravitate towards solid colors, so I can wear the pieces more and switch up accessories/shoes easily. If you don’t, you must have a short black dress in your Summer dress collection.

Floral Puff Sleeve Dress - The last dress is not something I would normally wear, but the small floral print dresses are really growing on me. I used to stay away from this type of floral print, because it used to make me look like a little girl. lol. But now I am enjoying the young, free spirited, floral print dresses. During the Summer time I don’t mind looking like a young girl, but when Fall hits I’m ready to put on my grown and sexy fits again.
