DIY Peppermint Lip Scrub - 4 Easy Steps

Hey my loves! If you're a lipstick lover like me then you know how much it dries out your lips, especially the liquid to matte lipsticks. I figured a simple DIY that you can make with items from your kitchen will help with all the crusty lips out there. haha. As we enter into the cold weather this exfoliating lip scrub is exactly what you need. You only need to do it twice a week for your lips to be just right. The ingredients are listed below and it only takes about 5 minutes to make. Quick and easy! Scroll down to the bottom to watch One Plus One show you how we mixed this DIY lip scrub and hand scrub. Plus we decorated it super cute for a lovely Holiday gift. Check it out!

1. First take 1/4 cup of brown sugar. This is the base of your lip scrub so if you want to add more you can!

2. Next, you need 1/3 cups of coconut oil. Heat the coconut oil just a little bit so it can have a liquidity consistency and add that to your brown sugar.

3. Almost done, add as much honey as you want but don't get too carried away. I squeezed it for about 3 seconds and it was just enough.

4. Last but not least, add a few drops of peppermint oil and you have a lip scrub! It's super easy guys and smells amazing!!! The measurements are a little different from the video but the ratio is still the same. Don't forget to let me know if you try it. I love to hear how you guys like it! =)
